摘要
相对于传统片剂,咀嚼片因其易于递送,提高了患者顺应性,在2岁及以上儿童、老人等吞咽困难的患者中具有显著优势。随着人口老龄化和三孩政策的推进,掌握咀嚼片的研制开发显得更为重要。咀嚼片相较于普通片因服药方式的不同在辅料选择和质量评价过程中存在一些需要关注的问题。随着研发的不断深入,关于咀嚼片的释药方式、释药位置等方面的研究也在不断拓展。本文总结了咀嚼片研发相关要点包括常用辅料和质量控制,并对咀嚼片研究进展进行总结,为咀嚼片的研制开发提供参考。
Compared with the traditional tablets,chewing tablets have significant advantages in pediatric patients and elderly patients due to their easy delivery and convenience in patient compliance.With the ageing population and the third child policy,it is even more important to understand the development of chewing tablets.Attention to needs to be paid to the excipient selection and quality evaluation of chewing tablets.At the same time,research on the release route and location of chewing tablets is also expanding.This review summarizes the commonly used excipients,quality control and research progress in chewing tablets,aiming to provide reference for further research.
