日粮添加发酵苜蓿对湖羊生长性能、屠宰性能及免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of fermented alfalfa on growth performance,slaughter performance and immune function of Hu Sheep

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮添加发酵苜蓿对湖羊生长性能、屠宰性能及免疫功能的影响。试验将60头初始体重相近[(29.15±3.41)kg]的同批次湖羊随机分为4组(组间初始体重差异不显著,P>0.05),每组3个重复,每个重复5头。其中,对照组湖羊饲喂玉米秸秆型常规粗饲料,试验1、2、3组湖羊分别以20%、40%、60%比例发酵苜蓿替换玉米秸秆,试验共计30 d。结果:(1)与对照组和试验1组相比,试验2、3组湖羊末重显著提高(P<0.05);与试验1组相比,试验2、3组湖羊平均日增重(ADG)显著提高(P<0.05);与试验1组相比,对照组、试验2、3组湖羊料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组和试验1组相比,试验2、3组湖羊宰前活重显著提高(P<0.05)。(3)与试验1组相比,试验2组湖羊血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验2组湖羊血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组、试验2、3组相比,试验1组湖羊血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,高比例发酵苜蓿日粮可以提高湖羊生长性能,增强湖羊机体免疫力,且发酵苜蓿的适宜添加量为40%。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of fermented Alfalfa on growth performance,slaughter performance and immune function of Hu Sheep.60 Hu Sheep with similar initial weight(29.15±3.41kg)and the same batch were randomly divided into 4 groups(no significant difference in initial weight between groups,P>0.05).Each group had 3 replicates,and each group had 5 sheep.Among them,the control group of Hu Sheep was fed with corn straw type conventional roughage,and the experimental groups 1,2 and 3 of Hu Sheep were fed with 20%,40%and 60%fermented alfalfa to replace corn straw,respectively,for a total of 30 days.Results:(1)compared with control group and test group 1,the end weight of Hu Sheep in test groups 2 and 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05);Compared with group 1,the average daily gain(ADG)of Hu Sheep in groups 2 and 3 increased significantly(P<0.05);Compared with test group 1,the F/g of Hu Sheep in control group,test groups 2 and 3 decreased significantly(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group and test group 1,the live weight of Hu Sheep in test groups 2 and 3 before slaughter was significantly increased(P<0.05).(3)Compared with group 1,the content of immunoglobulin A(IGA)in the serum of Hu Sheep in group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the content of immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the serum of Hu Sheep in test group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05);Compared with control group,test group 2 and test group 3,the content of interleukin-2(IL-2)in the serum of Hu Sheep in test group 1 was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the experimental conditions,the high proportion of fermented alfalfa diet can improve the growth performance and enhance the immunity of Hu Sheep,and the appropriate amount of fermented alfalfa is 40%.
