影响裹包青贮品质的因素及裹包青贮在动物生产中应用研究进展 被引量:2

Influencing factors of the quality of wrapped silage and wrapped silage application research progress in animal production

摘要 裹包青贮是目前国内外最受欢迎的一种青贮制作和保存技术,与传统青贮相比具有较多优点。为了促进裹包青贮技术在我国草食家畜饲养中的进一步应用,笔者在查阅大量关于青贮饲料参考文献的基础上,对影响裹包青贮的因素以及裹包青贮在养殖生产上利用的现状进行总结,得出高密度或中等密度结合添加剂可提高苜蓿的裹包青贮品质;适宜的苜蓿含水量(如54%~66%)、干物质含量(如25%~35%)有利于提高裹包青贮品质和减少干物质损失;用聚乙烯(PE)薄膜代替网捆扎大圆包并裹6~8层有利于减少牧草表面霉菌和延长保存时间;裹包青贮饲料不仅能提高动物的干物质采食量、日增重和乳品质,降低饲养成本,还可以提高牧草的经济效益。说明裹包青贮饲料及工艺技术具有广阔的发展前景,应继续深入研究。 Wrapped silage is the most popular green silage production and preservation technology at home and abroad, which has many advantages compared with traditional green silage. In order to promote the further application of the wrapped silage technology in China’s herbalist livestock, on the basis of consulting a large number of references about silage, the author summarized the factors affecting the wrapped silage and the current situation wrapped silage in culture and production. It was concluded that high density or medium density combined additives could improve the quality of wrapped silage of alfalfa. Appropriate wrapped green sunlight of alfalfa(54%-66%) and the dry matter content(25%-35%) were conducive to improve the quality of the wrap and reducing the loss of dry matter. The big round package with 6-8 floors using polyethylene(PE) film instead of net strapping was beneficial to reduce the surface mold and extend the preservation time. Wrapped green silage not only improve the dry matter feeding, daily weight and milk quality of animals, reduce feeding costs, but also improve the economic benefits of pasture. This paper indicated that the silage and its processing technology had a broad development prospect and should be further studied.
