摘要
目的:探讨不同压迫时间对三叉神经半月节微球囊压迫术患者的应用效果。方法:选取梧州市红十字会医院神经外科2018年11月-2020年12月行介入三叉神经半月节微球囊压迫术治疗的100例患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。试验组术中微球囊压迫时间90 s,对照组术中微球囊压迫时间300 s。比较两组术后疼痛评分、疗效、术后并发症发生情况及随访结果。结果:两组治疗有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后即刻和术后3、6个月的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组内术后不同时段疼痛评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后试验组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组内手术前后生活质量评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过缩短微球囊压迫时间,既能够达到降低三叉神经半月节微球囊压迫术后患者并发症发生风险,又不降低止痛效果,为今后临床针对缩短微球压迫时间有效治疗原发性三叉神经痛并减轻并发症提供理论依据。
Objective:To investigate the effect of different compression time on patients with trigeminal semilunar ganglion microballoon compression.Method:A total of 100 patients who underwent interventional trigeminal semilunar ganglion microballoon compression in Department of Neurosurgery,Wuzhou Red Cross Hospital from November 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The compression time was 90 s in the experimental group and 300 s in the control group.The postoperative pain score,efficacy,postoperative complications and follow-up results were compared between the two groups.Result:There was significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The pain scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group immediately after operation and 3 and 6 months after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the pain scores of different periods within the group after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the preoperative quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05),but the postoperative quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the quality of life scores before and after operation between the two groups(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:By shortening the compression time of the microsphere capsule,we can not only reduce the risk of complications in patients after the compression of the trigeminal ganglion microsphere capsule,but also not reduce the analgesic effect,which provides a theoretical basis for the effective treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia and the reduction of complications in the fu
