摘要
高校人才培养质量的提升是当前高等教育内涵发展的重要体现。促进作为生力军和主力军的高校青年教师教学能力发展,已经成为高校人才培养质量提升的重要路径。通过不同维度对高校教师教学能力进行解析,进而在强化教学学术观念及推动师德师风建设、建立教师教学发展中心及开展教师教学培训、构建教师的发展性评价制度及激发教师教学能力发展活力三条路径开展工作,突破当前高校青年教师教学素养缺失、助长机制不足、教师评价偏向的困境,是高校教师培育工作的重中之重。
The improvement of talent training quality in colleges and universities is an important embodiment of the connotation development of higher education at present. It has become an important way to improve the quality of talents training in colleges and universities to promote the teaching ability development of young teachers as the new and main force. The teaching ability of teachers in colleges and universities is analyzed from different dimensions, and the work is carried out in three ways:strengthening teaching academic concepts and promoting the construction of teachers’ ethics, establishing teachers’ teaching development centers and carrying out teachers’ teaching training, constructing teachers’ developmental evaluation system and stimulating the vitality of teachers’ teaching ability development. It is the most important task in the cultivation of teachers in colleges and universities to break through the dilemma of lacking teaching quality, insufficient encouraging mechanism and biased evaluation of teachers.
