摘要
高湿玉米是指在玉米籽实水分含量在28%~33%时收获,将玉米籽粒、带轴玉米或全果穗玉米经粉碎后,在厌氧环境下发酵60 d以上制成的高淀粉饲料原料。高湿玉米具有降低田间损耗、节省烘干和压片费用和降低霉菌毒素风险等优点。本文首先讨论了高湿玉米制作过程中的几个关键点对其发酵品质的影响,其次总结了高湿玉米在畜禽生产中的应用效果,并特别指出不同成分的高湿玉米具有不同的营养成分和饲喂效果,以期为高湿玉米在国内的广泛推广奠定理论基础。
High moisture corn(HMC)is a kind of high starch feedstuff made from the fermentation of corn seeds,ear corn,or snaplage in anaerobic environment after harvested and grinded when corn seed has moisture content of 28%to 33%and fermented for more than 60 d.HMC has been widely used for its advantages of reducing field losses,saving the costs for drying and pressing,and decreasing the risk of mycotoxin infection.In this paper,the effects of several key points in the process of HMC production on its fermentation quality at first.Successively the application effect of HMC in livestock and poultry production were analyzed,especially focusing on different feeding effects for different ingredients of HMC.This paper would lay theoretical foundation for the wide application of HMC.
