摘要
本文介绍了SO_2与NH_3间歇复合处理控制高水分玉米发热霉变的小型生产性试验.结果表明,在自然仓储条件下,SO_2与NH_3间歇复合处理,不仅能有效抑制高水分玉米发热霉变,而且能够保持高水分玉米品质,使其安全储藏期延长至次年6月初,从而为高水分玉米的通风降水创造有利条件.
A small production test of preventing high-moisture corn from heating and moulding by means of complex SO2 and NH3 treatment was described in the paper. The result showed that the intermittent complex treatment of SO2 and NH3, under natural storage, was able to prevent effectively the high-moisture corn from heating and moulding and to maintain the quality of high-moisture corn as well,thus the safe storage lasted to early June. As a resuit,it provided adequate time for the ambient air drying of high-moisture corn.
