摘要
阿魏酸酯酶(FAE)是植物粗纤维降解中重要的辅助酶,它可以协助半纤维素酶和纤维素酶对粗纤维底物进行降解。研究FAE的晶体结构、作用机理及与其他酶的相互作用,对秸秆等非粮饲料资源的高效利用具有重要意义。本文对FAE的分类和来源、作用机理及其与其他木质纤维素酶之间的协同作用进行了综述,并提出了FAE在饲料加工中的应用策略,为其资源开发与生产应用提供参考。
The feruloyl esterase(FAE)is an important auxiliary enzyme for the hemicellulose and cellulase in crude fiber substrates degradation.It is of great significance to study the crystal structure,action mechanism and interaction with other enzymes of FAE for the resource utilization,especially for feed utilization of non-food feed.In this review,the classification and sources,action mechanism and synergistic effect with other lignocellulosic enzymes of FAE were reviewed,and the application strategy of FAE in feed processing was put forward to provide reference for its development and production application.
