摘要
随着老龄化加剧,养老成为国家和社会关注的热点话题。我国基本形成了以居家为基础、社区为依托、机构为支撑的养老服务体系,老年人养老方式呈现多元化趋势。在这一背景下,针对老年人养老方式的选择问题进行研究,分析传统的家庭养老、机构养老所存在的伦理问题,并以伦理学视角探讨了社区老年日间照料中心养老方式发展的优势,为老年人养老方式的选择提出合理化建议。
With the aggravation of aging, old-age care has become a hot topic of national and social attention. In China, the old-age service system is based on home, community, and institution. The way of old-age care shows a diversified trend. In this context, we studied the problems of the choice of old-age care ways, analyzed the ethical issues of traditional home-based and institutional old-age care, and explored the advantages of the development of community day care centers for the elderly from the perspective of ethics, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the choice of old-age care ways.
