摘要
由于裂褶菌是目前临床上相对较罕见的一种真菌,国内外案例报道较少。大多数临床医生均缺乏相应的诊疗经验,外加部分医院实验室检验人员对该菌认识不足,易和其他具有类似特点的真菌混淆,从而多数患者容易被漏诊及误诊。现因临床检验手段的飞速发展使得裂褶菌检出率明显提高,本研究对1例裂褶菌所致的肺部感染的住院患者病例进行分析,分析裂褶菌感染的常见临床特点,提示临床医生遇见具有类似病史及临床表现的患者需警惕裂褶菌感染的可能,积极完善气管镜检出以及送检高通量测序(NGS),有助于裂褶菌的检出及诊断。
At present,Schizophyllum is a relatively rare fungus in clinic,and there are few case reports about it at home and abroad.Most clinical doctors lack the corresponding diagnosis and treatment experience,and laboratory staff in some hospitals lack the understanding of the fungus.It may be easily confused with other fungi with similar features.As a result,most patients are easily missed and misdiagnosed.The rapid development of clinical testing methods has significantly improved the detection rate of Schizophyllum.In this research,the common clinical features of Schizophyllum infection were analyzed through the case of an inpatient with pulmonary infection caused by Schizophyllum.It indicated that clinical doctors should be alert to the possibility of Schizophyllum infection when encountering patients with similar medical history and clinical manifestations.The bronchoscopy detection and submission of high-throughput sequencing(next generation sequencing,NGS)should be actively improved,which would be conducive to the de tection and diagnosis of Schizophyllum.
