摘要
探索基于医院实验室信息系统同一架构下临床检验智能审核系统的设计与实现。通过系统的分析、设计、测试及验证,设计智能审核系统的基本规则、项目质控、危急值、数值范围、差值检查、逻辑关系与关联性等智能审核规则,结合医院实际,充分挖掘与分析医院历史数据,根据患者的年龄、性别、诊断、科室等条件建立检验项目智能审核规则库,制定高效、科学的系统流程,设计简洁、易操作的维护及审核界面,科学的验证,实现检验结果智能审核功能,提升检验报告审核的智能化水平,均衡检验人员的技术差异,提高了检验人员报告审核的工作效率与质量,保证了临床检验工作质量。
Based on the same architecture of hospital laboratory information system to explore the design and implementation of the intelligent audit system for clinical inspection.By system analysis,design,test and verification,design the basic rule of intelligent audit system,project quality control,critical value,numerical range,difference value,logical relationship and correlation between intelligent audit rule,combining the reality of hospital,fully excavating and analysis the historical data,according to patients’age,gender,diagnosis,department and other conditions to establish inspection items intelligent audit rule base,formulate the efficient and scientific system processes,design simple,easy to operate maintenance and audit interface,scientific validation,realize the function of the intelligent audit inspection results,promote the intelligent level of inspection report review,balanced inspector of personnel technical differences,improve the audit work efficiency and quality,ensure the medical quality of clinical inspection work.
