摘要 为更好地发挥信息化技术在轨道交通工程建造管理中的作用,针对传统项目管理方式难以解决的建造过程中信息集成、数据高效传递、业务与应用分离等难题,结合GIS+BIM技术特点,以全面提升工程管理效率和技术管理手段为目标,分析二者融合在轨道交通工程建造管理中的应用。通过对BIM模型高效渲染、轨道交通三维立体一张图、海量实景三维模型管理、BIM模型坐标转换及BIM模型元数据建立等关键技术研究,设计和研发了基于3DWebGIS的轨道交通工程建造管理系统,实现了BIM模型结构解析与定位、海量实景三维模型入库、BIM模型元数据管理、质量安全管控、三维形象进度展示等功能。依托西安地铁8号线试点工程中的应用表明,本系统不仅融合多源异构数据建立了轨道交通三维立体一张图,还实现了建造过程中以BIM为核心的精细化管理,有效提高了多方参与的项目管理质量,为轨道交通工程信息化提供技术参考。 In order to better play the role of information technology in the construction and management of rail transit projects and comprehensively improve the efficiency of project management and technical management methods based on the characteristics of GIS+BIM technology, this paper analyzes the application of the integration of the two in the construction management of rail transit projects in view of the problems in information integration, efficient data transmission, separation of business and application in the construction process that are difficult to solve by traditional project management methods. Through the research on key technologies such as efficient rendering of BIM models, a three-dimensional picture of rail transit, massive 3d real scene model management, BIM model coordinate conversion and BIM model metadata establishment, etc., a rail transit engineering construction management system is developed based on 3DWebGIS, which has realized the functions of BIM model structure analysis and positioning, massive real-life 3D model storage, BIM model metadata management, quality and safety control, and 3D progress display. Its application in Xi’an Metro Line 8 shows that the system can not only integrate multi-source heterogeneous data to establish a three-dimensional map of rail transit, but also realize refined management with BIM as the core during the construction process, which effectively improves the quality of multi-party involved project management and provides technical reference for the informatization of rail transit engineering.
