摘要 记忆T细胞(TM)是原发免疫中产生的细胞,可对先前遇到的病原体或抗原保留长时间响应,快速有效地产生继发免疫应答。TM可分为中央记忆T细胞(TCM)、效应记忆T细胞(TEM)和干细胞样记忆性T细胞(TSCM)。认识和研究TM的不同亚群、功能特征及调控因素有利于临床上更好地认识自身免疫性疾病,为其治疗提供新的思路。 Memory T cells(TM)are cells produced in primary immunity,which can retain a long-term response to previously encountered pathogens or antigens,and effectively and rapidly produce secondary immune responses. TM are roughly divided into central memory T cells(TCM),effector memory T cells(TEM)and stem cell memory T cells(TSCM). Recognizing and studying different subgroups,functional characteristics and regulatory factors of TM are conducive to a better understanding of autoimmune diseases clinically and provides new ideas for treatment.
