摘要
鉴于焊接材料的化学成分对焊接性的重要影响,在气保焊丝钢ER70S-6研发项目的实施过程中,主要针对合金元素、有害元素、微量元素、残余元素等展开深入研究,分析焊接材料化学成分对焊接性的影响原理,并制定出合理的气保焊丝钢ER70S-6化学成分控制要求。
The chemical composition of welding materials has an important influence on weldability.In the development process of the gas shielded welding wire steel ER70S-6 research and development project,in-depth research and systematic analysis of weldability are corducted on the main alloying elements,harmful elements,trace elements,residual elements.The principle of the influence of the chemical composition of the welding material on the weldability is discussed,and a reasonable control requirement for the chemical composition of the gas shielded welding wire steel ER70S-6 is formulated.
