摘要
通过对宣钢冶炼焊丝钢ER70S-6盘条取样,分析气体元素含量、盘条横截面偏析、盘条显微组织、盘条表面氧化铁皮等方面数据并与国内其他冶炼该钢种的先进企业进行对比,得出宣钢冶炼焊丝钢ER70S-6盘条在氧含量上稍高于先进水平;在氢含量、盘条显微组织与先进企业持平;在氮含量控制和盘条横截面偏析方面控制由于先进企业。
Through the sampling of ER70S-6 wire rod for smelting welding wire steel in Xuansteel Company,the data of gas element content,cross-section segregation of wire rod,microstructure of wire rod and oxide scale on the surface of wire rod are analyzed.Compared with other domestic advanced enterprises,it is concluded that the oxygen content of ER70S-6 wire rod is slightly higher than the advanced level.The hydrogen content and microstructure of wire rod are equal to those of advanced enterprises,while the control of nitrogen content and cross section segregation of wire rod are controlled by advanced enterprises.
