摘要
目的探讨舒眠胶囊联合常规方案治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阴性的慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者临床症状的疗效。方法选择2020年8月至2021年9月在青岛大学附属医院消化内科就诊,经胃镜及活体组织病理检查确诊为CAG的96例患者作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将96例患者分为对照组、阿普唑仑组和舒眠胶囊组,每组32例患者。对照组给予常规治疗,阿普唑仑组在常规治疗的基础上加用阿普唑仑,舒眠胶囊组在常规治疗的基础上加用舒眠胶囊。以胃肠道症状积分问卷(GIS)量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平作为疗效的评价指标,观察3组患者用药前后相关指标的变化情况。结果舒眠胶囊组的消化系统症状及焦虑、失眠症状均较对照组明显改善(P均<0.05),而阿普唑仑组与舒眠胶囊组的疗效差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。舒眠胶囊组的不良反应发生率明显低于阿普唑仑组(P<0.05)。结论在Hp阴性的CAG患者的常规治疗方案基础上加用舒眠胶囊,可明显改善消化系统症状,并可有效缓解焦虑、失眠症状。
Objective This paper attempts to investigate the clinical effect of shumian capsule in combination with conventional regimen on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)patients with negative Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods Ninety-six patients diagnosed as CAG by gastroscopy and biopsy in the Department of Gastroenterology of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from August 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects and assigned to the control group,the alprazolam group,and the shumian capsule group with 32 patients in each group according to the number table method.The control group was given routine treatment,the alprazolam group was added with alprazolam on the basis of the routine treatment,and the shumian capsule group was added with shumian capsule on the basis of the routine treatment.The gastrointestinal symptom score questionnaire(GIS),the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),and serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)levels were used as evaluation indicators of the efficacy,and the changes of relevant indicators before and after treatment were observed in the three groups.Results Compared with the control group,the effect of shumian capsule on digestive system symptoms,anxiety,and insomnia symptoms is significantly improved(P<0.05).However,there is no significant difference between the alprazolam group and the shumian capsule group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the shumian capsule group is significantly lower than that in the alprazolam group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shumian capsule can significantly improve the symptoms of the digestive system,anxiety,and the symptoms of insomnia of patients with Hp negative CAG based on the conventional treatment scheme.
