摘要
刮板输送机作为工作面中重要的机电设备,其安全可靠运行对开采效率有直接影响。以SGZ1000/1710型刮板输送机为研究对象,在对整体结构进行概述的基础上,对监控及故障识别系统整体方案进行了详细设计,重点对监测点的布置情况进行了研究。系统中使用的CPU为STM32103VB型单片机,显示屏为KC01-70T型,并阐述了系统中的电源电路结构原理。基于模块化思想对系统的软件程序部分进行设计。将设计的刮板输送机监控及故障识别系统应用到煤矿工程实践中,对其各项性能进行现场测试,认为运行良好,达到了预期效果,为煤矿企业创造了良好的经济效益和安全效益。
Scraper conveyor is an important electromechanical equipment in the working face,and its safe and reliable operation has a direct impact on mining efficiency.This paper takes the SGZ1000/1710 scraper conveyor as the research object.Based on the overview of the overall structure,the overall plan of the monitoring and fault identification system was designed in detail,focusing on the layout of the monitoring points.The CPU and display models used in the system are STM32103VB single-chip microcomputer and Wanwei KC01-70T in turn,and the principle of the power circuit structure in the system was introduced.The software program part of the system was designed based on the idea of modularization.The designed scraper conveyor monitoring and fault identification system was applied to coal mine engineering practice,and its various performances were tested on site and found that it worked well and achieved the expected results,creating good economic and safety benefits for coal mine enterprises.
