摘要
为了更好地将物联网医学技术应用于急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)诊治,现基于“ARDS智能辅助诊治程序”(ARapp)制定中国专家共识。ARapp可以辅助医生诊断:根据患者临床资料智能诊断ARDS,生成严重程度分级;建立在线ARapp 5A数据库,实时抓取数据并维护更新;借助海量数据训练诊断模型,提高自身诊断效能。ARapp还可以指导医生治疗:形成以指南为基础的治疗意见供医生参考,提供联系专家及多学科会诊,并协助出院后随访;为保证辅助诊治的质量,对数据及医生的临床实践进行质量控制,将物联网医学技术落实到ARDS的精准诊断及同质化治疗中。
In order to better apply the medical Internet of Things to the diagnosis and treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS),a Chinese expert consensus is developed based on the“ARDS Intelligent Diagnosis and Treatment Program”(ARapp).Function of ARapp of assistance in diagnosis:to diagnose ARDS intelligently according to patients’clinical data and generate a severity grade;establish online ARapp 5A database to capture data in real time,maintain and update;with the help of massive data training diagnostic model,to improve selfefficiency.Guidance for treatment:to form opinions on treatment based on guidelines for doctors’reference,provide contact with experts and MDT,and assist with follow-up.At the same time,to ensure the quality of auxiliary diagnosis and treatment,it is necessary to carry out quality control of data and clinical practice of doctors.In this way,the medical Internet of Things can be implemented into the accurate diagnosis and homogenization treatment of ARDS.
