摘要
总体国家安全观是关于国家安全的科学世界观和方法论,坚持总体国家安全观是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容。党在贯彻落实总体国家安全观的实践中,着眼于建立国家安全领导体制和国家安全制度与工作机制,坚持统筹推进各领域安全,完善国家安全法治体系,有效开展国家安全宣传教育等。这一系列举措所取得的成就是显著的,国家安全得到全面加强,主要表现为影响我国现代化进程的重大风险得到防范化解、维护国家安全的能力持续提升、意识形态领域安全全面强化等。践行总体国家安全观的实践及成就充分说明,维护和塑造国家安全,必须坚持党对国家安全工作的绝对领导,坚持实现政治安全、人民安全、国家利益至上相统一,坚持底线思维,坚持统筹发展和安全,走中国特色国家安全道路,才能为中华民族伟大复兴营造安全稳定的良好环境。
A holistic approach to national security is a scientific world outlook and methodology on national security,and adhering to a holistic approach to national security is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. In the process of implementing a holistic approach to national security,the Communist Party of China focuses on establishing a leadership system,national security institutions and working mechanism for national security,insists on promoting security in all areas in a coordinated manner,improves the legal system for national security,carries out national security education effectively and so on. This series of practical measures has achieved remarkable results,national security has been comprehensively strengthened,major risks affecting the country’s modernization have been resolved,the ability to maintain national security has been continuously improved,and ideological security has also been comprehensively strengthened. The practical exploration and achievements of a holistic approach to national security fully demonstrate that to maintain and shape the national security,we must adhere to the Party’s absolute leadership on national security work,insist to achieve the unity of political security,people’s security and national interests first,stick to thinking about worst-case scenarios,adhere to overall development and security,insist the road of national security with Chinese characteristics,so as to create a good atmosphere of security and stability for the great rejuvenation of nation.
