摘要
通过文献资料法、历史分析法和案例分析法,梳理了新中国成立以来我国举办国际体育赛事的历程,将其划分为由单项性国际体育赛事向综合性国际体育赛事转变、由洲际综合性国际体育赛事向全球性国际体育赛事跨越、由夏季国际体育赛事的巅峰向全天候国际体育赛事的巅峰迈进等3个阶段。结合我国举办国际体育赛事的变化特点和历史成就,凝炼其历史经验包括:坚持新型举国体制的制度优势;秉持可持续发展的办赛理念;明确面向国际的办赛导向;推行市场化运作的赛事运营模式;培养本土国际体育赛事管理高级人才;努力打造世界知名体育城市。
Through the methods of literature, historical analysis and case analysis, this paper combs the development process of holding international sports events in China since the founding of new China, which is divided into three stages: the transformation from single international sports events to comprehensive international sports events, the leap from intercontinental comprehensive international sports events to global international sports events, and the transition from the peak of summer international sports events to the peak of all-weather international sports events.The authors summarize the changing characteristics and historical achievements of China’s hosting of international sports events, and condense the historical experience including: insisting on the institutional advantages of the new juguo system;adhering to the concept of sustainable development;clearing international orientation;carrying out market-oriented operation of the competition operation mode;cultivating local senior talents in international sports event management;striving to build a number of world-famous sports cities.
