摘要
基于满足特殊地形补给的需要,设计了一种用于空投物资的吊舱。为了优化货舱结构,首先利用ANSYS Workbench软件对货舱进行静力学仿真分析,得到货舱在受载情况下的最大变形量,然后根据仿真结果对货舱结构进行优化,将货舱的最小质量作为目标函数,最大变形量作为约束条件,进行求解,最后得到货舱的合理结构尺寸。优化后的货舱在满足结构强度的条件下,其质量降低了13.8%。研究结果为提升吊舱性能提供一种可行方法。
A kind of pod for dropping supplies is designed to meet the needs of special terrain replenishment. In order to optimize the cargo hold structure, the statics simulation analysis is carried out by ANSYS Workbench software to obtain the maximum deformation of the cargo hold under load. According to the simulation results, the reasonable structure size of cargo hold is obtained by setting the minimum mass of the cargo compartment as the objective function and the maximum deformation as the constraint condition, and thereby the cargo hold structure is optimized. Under the condition of satisfying the structural strength, the mass of the optimized cargo hold is reduced by 13.8%. The results provide a feasible method for improving the performance of the pod.
