摘要
为验证动静环式螺旋挤压过滤机的可行性及其优点,运用ANSYS、CFX有限元软件对动静环式螺旋挤压过滤机结构的承载特点及过滤流场进行模拟。结果表明,相比较于传统滤网结构螺旋挤压过滤机,动静环式螺旋挤压过滤机可以有效地避免过滤堵塞,实现自清洗;提高了过滤间隙的流体速度,而且随物料黏度的提高,流速增加趋势越明显。
The bearing characteristics and flow fields for filtering with a screw press filter with fixed and moving ring drums is simulated using ANSYS and CFX finite element software. The results indicate that, compared with the traditional screen structured screw press filter, the new filter with fixed and moving ring drums is able to effectively avoid clogging within the filter and realize self-cleaning, Furthermore the velocity of the fluid during filtering is increased, and the more viscous the material is, the more marked is the extent of acceleration.
