不同药剂拌种对高粱丝黑穗病的防控效果 被引量:1

Preventive and Control Effects of Seed Treatments with Different Fungicides on Sorghum Silk Smut

摘要 为了筛选出安全高效杀菌剂防治高粱丝黑穗病,本研究采用土壤接菌法,测定4种药剂拌种后高粱品种泸州红1号的丝黑穗病发病率,并进行田间药效评价试验。结果表明:4种药剂处理均能安全出苗,肟菌·戊唑醇对高粱丝黑穗病有较好的防治效果(防效为95.49%),另外2种药剂甲基硫菌灵、噻虫·咯·霜灵对高粱丝黑穗病的防治效果较差(田间防效分别为30.65%、39.37%),而代森锰锌对高粱丝黑穗病几乎无防治效果。30%肟菌·戊唑醇20 mL/100 kg种子拌种对高粱丝黑穗病防治效果好,可作为防治高粱丝黑穗病的推荐药剂应用于生产。 The aim of this study was to select safe and effective fungicides for the control of sorghum silk smut.Using the sorghum variety Luzhou Red No.1 as the experimental material,sorghum silk smut was induced by inoculating the experimental soil with the causal pathogen before sowing,and sorghum seeds were treated by mixing them with one of four protectant fungicides or sterilized water which served as a control.We investigated the incidence of silk smut of sorghum and evaluated the field control efficacy of the four fungicides.As a result,at the experimental doses,all the four tested fungicides did not affect the emergence of the seedlings.Among the fungicides,trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole had a significant control effect on sorghum silk smut with the control efficacy of 95.49%,and thiophanate-methyl and thiamethoxam+fludioxonil+metalaxyl-M both had a poor control effect with the field control efficacy of 30.65%and 39.37%,respectively,while mancozeb almost had no control effect on the disease.In conclusion,mixing seeds with 30%trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole at the dose of 20 mL drug/100 kg seeds can effectively inhibit sorghum silk smut;hence,we recommend that this treatment should be used for the control of sorghum silk smut.
