摘要
石墨烯材料具有优异的物理性能,在光电转换、能量储存、柔性电子、散热防护和电磁屏蔽领域都有广阔的应用前景。其中,石墨烯导热膜超高的导率,片层内各向同性的特点,使其成为散热材料新的研究方向。本文综述了石墨烯薄膜的主要制备方法:抽滤法、气液界面成膜法、静电喷涂法、注塑成型法、刮涂法等,以及在导热领域的最新研究进展,分析了石墨烯薄膜的导热影响因素,提出了石墨烯薄膜在传热研究中的发展难点及未来的研究方向。
Graphene is an new material with excellent physical properties.It has broad application prospects in the fields of photoelectric conversion, energy storage, flexible electronics, heat dissipation protection, electromagnetic shielding, and so on.Among them, ultra-high theoretical thermal conductivity and the characteristics of the isotropic layer make it become a new research direction of heat dissipation materials.The preparation method of graphene film was summarized, such as vacuum filtration, evaporation, electro-spray deposition, casting, doctor-blade, and the latest research progress of graphene in the field of heat dissipation.The factors affecting the thermal conductivity of graphene film were analyzed.The development direction and difficulties of graphene thermal conductive film in the future were proposed.
