摘要
以电子地图、遥感影像地图、360°全景影像为基础,基于GIS技术设计开发了包含Web端和移动端的重大项目智慧监管平台,实现了政府重大项目的综合可视化展示和全生命周期监管。本文重点描述了该系统的总体架构、数据整理和系统功能。目前该系统已正式投入运行,并取得了比较好的效果,为相关领导掌握城市建设动态提供了高效便捷的手段。
Based on electronic maps,remote sensing images and 360°panoramic images,the intelligent supervision platform for major projects including web and mobile terminals is designed and developed based on GIS technology,which realizes the comprehensive visual display and full life cycle supervision of major government projects.In this paper,the overall framework of the system and its functional components are described in details.At present,the system has been put into operation effectively,which provides efficient and convenient means for relevant leaders to grasp the dynamic information of urban construction.
