摘要
以天津市供热办为背景,通过分析城市供热管理工作中面临的问题,开展基于“互联网+”的区域供热综合管理平台的研究。从供热办管理工作需求出发,提出应用B/S架构,WebGIS,Javascript,Html5+CSS3等关键技术搭建区域供热综合管理平台,包括:供热信息管理子系统、基于WebGIS的供热一张图系统和基于iPad的移动信息查询系统。为实现政府部门对全市供热项目信息的准确把握、区域供热的动态管理以及科学决策提供一个新思路。
This paper takes the Tianjin Heating Supply Office as the background of the industry,analyzes the problems existing in the management of urban heating office,and combines the status quo of the industry informationization to study the integrated management system of regional heating based on the“Internet Plus”.Starting from the manage⁃ment requirements of the heating office,regional heating management platform was built using key technologies such as B/S,WebGIS,Javascript,and Html5+CSS3.It includes three subsystems:heating information management system,a map-based heating platform based on WebGIS,and iPad's mobile information query system.This thesis provides a new idea for government departments to accurately grasp the information of the city's heating project,manage district heating dynamically and make scientific decisions.
