摘要
我国法学实践教育正面临着实践环节流于同质化与浅表化、实践教育与数字技术的融合过于机械、实务人才供给与人工智能时代需求脱节的现实困境。人工智能技术运用于法学实践教育,有助于通过提供沉浸式的创新体验与多维度的评价机制等方式突破目前困境。在人工智能技术融入法学实践教育时,应注意对系统算法偏见的辨别与防范,并坚守法学教师在实践教育中的主导地位,避免过度的技术依赖。在人工智能时代,法学实践教育应在教育目标清晰化、教育环节智慧化、教育平台联动化、教育队伍复合化以及教育评价个性化五个维度实现路径革新,以实现人工智能与法学实践教育的双向良性互动。
Legal practice education in China is facing the realistic dilemma of the homogenization and superficiality of practice contents,the mechanical integration of practice education and digital technology,and disconnection between the supply of practical talents and the demand of the age of artificial intelligence.The application of artificial intelligence technology in legal practice education is helpful to break through the current predicament by providing immersive innovation experience and multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism.When artificial intelligence technology is integrated into legal practice education,attention should be paid to the identification and prevention of systematic algorithm bias,and adhere to the dominant position of law teachers in practice education to avoid excessive technical dependence.In the age of artificial intelligence,legal practice education should realize path innovation in five dimensions:clarifying educational goals,intelligentizing educational contents,linking of educational platforms,combining educational teams and individualizing educational evaluations,so as to realize the two-way benign interaction between artificial intelligence and legal practice education.
