摘要
目的探讨中药口服联合海螵蛸灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法选取北京中医药大学东直门医院通州院区2015年3月—2019年3月溃疡性结肠炎患者150例,随机分为治疗组(75例)和对照组(75例),治疗组以中药口服联合海螵蛸灌肠治疗,对照组口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,观察对比2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%(65/75),对照组总有效率为64.0%(48/75)。2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药口服联合海螵蛸灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果肯定。
Objective To explore the curative effect of oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with cuttlebone enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 150 patients with ulcerative colitis from March 2015 to March 2019 in Tongzhou Branch,Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group(75 cases)and a control group(75 cases).The treatment group was treated with oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with cuttlebone enema,and the control group was treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results The total effective rate was 86.7%(65/75)in the treatment group and 64.0%(48/75)in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with cuttlebone enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has significant effect.
