摘要
陆李还,国家级非物质文化遗产“陆氏针灸”代表性传承人。文章通过分析二则干眼症的验案来介绍陆老对陆氏针灸的传承与创新,包括进针手法、温针、穴位注射的灵活运用,取穴的要义等。经观察其临床疗效确切,值得临床推广及研究参考。
TCM master LU Lihuan is the representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage“LU’s acupuncture”.In this paper,LU’s inheritance and innovation of LU’s acupuncture is introduced by analyzing two proven cases of dry eye syndrome,including the flexible application of acupuncture insertion techniques,warm acupuncture,acupoint injection,and the essentials of acupoint selection.The clinical efficacy is definite,and it is worthy of clinical promotion,research and reference.
