摘要
基于清代医家石寿棠(字芾南)提出的“湿热治肺,千古定论”,文章从理论上探讨湿热犯肺的病因病机及致病特点、西医病理的相关性以及相关的治疗原则,阐述并整理了“湿热治肺”理论的思路,总结了肺系湿热的辨证规律,以期为临床肺系湿热病证的诊治提供思路与启迪。
Based on the theory of“treating lung from damp-heat,eternal conclusion”put forward by SHI Shoutang,a doctor in Qing Dynasty,the etiology,pathogenesis and pathogenic characteristics of dampness-heat invading lung,the correlation of Western medicine pathology,and the principle of relevant treatment were discussed in this paper.The theory of“treating lung from damp-heat”was elaborated and sorted out,and the law of syndrome differentiation of damp-heat syndromes of pulmonary disease were summarized,in order to provide ideas and enlightenment for the diagnosis and treatment of damp-heat syndromes of pulmonary disease.
