摘要
目的:探讨甲1型流感病毒(H1N1)性肺炎湿热证小鼠模型肺组织病理变化,为中医药抗H1N1流感病毒的研究提供模型支撑。方法:将小鼠随机分为正常组、病毒组(单纯病毒感染造模)、湿热模型组(肥甘饮食+湿热环境+病毒感染)。模型结束后剖杀小鼠,肉眼和光镜检测肺组织病理变化并记录肺病变的性质与程度。结果:湿热模型组和病毒组大多数均可见两个肺叶以上成片的实变区,且光镜下有不同程度的以细支气管为中心的大量炎性细胞浸润及轻度鳞状上皮化生等细胞形态学改变。结论:甲1型流感病毒(H1N1)感染造成小鼠肺组织大面积实变导致呼吸衰竭是小鼠发病及死亡的重要原因。
Objective:To explore the lung pathological changes in mice which infected by influenza virus. To provide reliable model for tradi-tional Chinese medicine in the treatment of damp-heat syndrome. Methods:Mice were randomly divide into three groups:control group, virus group (infecting by influenza virus), model group (richly fatty and sweet diet + Humid heat environment + infecting by influenza vi-rus). When the model was established, record the lung pathological changes of mice in each group. Results: Compared to the control group, the lung pathological changes of model group and virus group are obviously risen up. Conclusion :The symptoms are closely related to the consolidation of lung for influenza virus infection.
