既有城中村的低碳节能改造设计研究——以徐州市十里村为例 被引量:1

摘要 我国明确提出了碳达峰和碳中和的具体时间,当务之急便是低碳与减碳。城中村是城市中不可缺少的一部分,但既有城中村暴露出来的问题,使其不能融入城市,实现可持续发展,同时还增加了碳排放量,不利于节能减排。文章从低碳和节能理念出发,分析徐州市十里村的空间环境和建筑现状,结合现状问题对城中村的功能、绿化、管线,以及墙体和窗户分别提出了优化策略,以期为其他城中村节能改造提供一定借鉴。 China clearly puts forward the specific time of carbon peak and carbon neutralization,and the top priority is low-carbon and carbon reduction.Urban village is an indispensable part of the city,but the problems exposed by the existing urban village make it unable to integrate into the city and achieve sustainable development.At the same time,it also increases carbon emissions,which is not conducive to energy conservation and emission reduction.Starting from the concept of low-carbon and energy saving,this paper analyzes the space and single embodiment of buildings in Shili village,Xuzhou City,and puts forward optimization strategies for the functions,greening,pipelines,walls and windows of urban villages in combination with the current situation,so as to provide some reference significance for the energy-saving transformation of other urban villages.
