玉米青贮收获机喂入切碎装置研究概况 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,随着“粮改饲”的持续推进,我国青贮收获机的研发取得了较大的进展。但是相较国外而言,在许多关键部件方面的研究仍然存在较大的差距。喂入装置和切碎装置是青贮收获机的关键部件,其性能的优劣会直接影响青贮饲料的品质。目前,国内外市场上的玉米青贮收获机型各式各样,性能侧重点也各有不同,基本可以满足不同地区对于市场的要求,但是可靠性和安全性等方面还有待提高。以玉米青贮收获机喂入装置和切碎装置的基本工作原理展开,分析总结了两者关键零部件的研究进展,结合国内外生产发展现状,对我国玉米青贮收获机的发展做简要分析并提出建议,以期为我国青贮收获机的发展提供一定参考。 In recent years, with the continuous advancement of “grain to feed”,my country has made great progress in the research and development of silage harvesters.However, compared with foreign countries, there is still a big gap in the research of many key components.Feeding device and chopping device are the key components of forage harvester, and their performance will directly affect the quality of silage.At present, there are various corn silage harvesting models in the domestic and foreign markets, and their performance focuses are also different.They can basically meet the market requirements of different regions, but the reliability and safety still need to be improved.This study is based on the basic working principle of the feeding device and the cutting device of the corn silage harvester, and analyzes and summarizes the research progress of the two key components.The development of the crushing device is briefly analyzed and suggestions are put forward,in order to provide a certain reference for the development of the silage harvester in my country.
