摘要
目的探究肠道菌群紊乱及其引起的Th1/Th2异常与精神分裂症患者临床表现的相关性。方法比较精神分裂症患者急性期、缓解期及对照组3组肠道菌群分布情况、细胞因子水平,并采用Pearson相关分析法分析细胞因子及肠道菌群与临床表现的相关性。结果急性期患者PANSS评分各因子得分及总分均高于缓解期(P<0.05)。急性期患者IL-2、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-6结果高于缓解期及对照组(P<0.05);急性期肠道双歧杆菌低于缓解期,相反急性期肠道拟杆菌高于缓解期(P<0.05);急性期患者肠道菌群与细胞因子均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者存在细胞因子介导的免疫紊乱;肠道菌群紊乱可能参与了精神分裂症的发病。
Objective To explore the correlation between intestinal flora disorder,Th1/Th2 abnormalities and clinical manifestations of patients with schizophrenia.Methods The distribution and cytokine levels of intestinal flora in acute group,remission stage and control group were compared.The correlation between cytokines,intestinal flora and clinical manifestations was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results The PANSS scores and total scores of patients in acute group were higher than those in remission stage(P<0.05);the results of IL-2,TNF-α,IL-4 and IL-6 in acute group were significantly higher than those in remission stage and control group(P<0.05);intestinal Bifidobacteria in acute group were significantly lower than those in remission stage,and on the contrary,intestinal Bacteroides in acute group were significantly higher than those in remission stage(P<0.05);there was no correlation between intestinal flora and cytokines in acute group(P>0.05).Conclusion Cytokine mediated immune disorder exists in schizophrenia patients.Disturbance of intestinal microbiota may be involved in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia.
