摘要
目的通过分析精神分裂症患者和抑郁症患者外周血细胞计数水平,来探讨2组患者在相关炎性指标以及血液营养成分变化的临床意义。方法选择2019年6月—2020年10月首次来本院就诊的精神分裂症患者80例作为精神分裂症组,抑郁症患者77例作为抑郁症组,选择同期的健康体检者96例作为对照组。比较各组外周全血细胞计数各指标以及中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比率(NLR)水平差异。结果精神分裂症组和抑郁症组在NE百分比及NLR水平上高于对照组,2组在LYM百分比水平上低于对照组,精神分裂症组WBC明显高于对照组;精神分裂症组和抑郁症组在RBC、HGB水平上低于对照组,而在RDW水平上高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者和抑郁症患者体内可能存在着隐性感染或慢性炎症,同时存在着血液营养成分减低的倾向;2组患者在外周全血计数水平上有相似的临床改变,需要在今后的临床诊疗活动中引起重视。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of the changes of inflammatory indexes and nutritional components of blood by analyzing the level of peripheral blood cell count in patients with schizophrenia and depression.Methods Eighty schizophrenic patients who came to our hospital for the first time from June 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the schizophrenia group,seventy seven patients with depression were selected as the depression group,and ninety six healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.The differences of peripheral whole blood cell count and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)were compared.Results In leukocyte related indicators,the levels of NE%and NLR in schizophrenia group and depression group were higher than those in control group,while the level of LYM%in schizophrenia group was lower than those in control group;WBC in schizophrenia group was significantly higher than that in control group.The levels of RBC and HGB in schizophrenia group and depression group were lower than those in control group,while RDW level was higher than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There may be hidden infection or chronic inflammation in patients with schizophrenia and depression,and there is a tendency of blood nutrients to decrease;the two groups of patients have similar clinical changes in the level of peripheral blood count,which should be paid attention to in the future clinical diagnosis and treatment activities.
