摘要 阈值下微脉冲激光是一种长间歇、短促重复的激光波,近年来已运用于糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的治疗,与传统激光相比,可降低损伤,并达到可观的治疗效果。目前研究已确定,阈值下微脉冲激光选择性地作用于DME患者的视网膜色素上皮细胞,从而起到治疗作用。近年来,在DME发病机制中,逐渐重视视网膜胶质细胞的影响,本文对微脉冲激光的作用机制、安全性、参数选择及在DME中的应用进行综述。 Subthreshold micropulse laser is a kind of long intermittent,short and repetitive laser wave,which has been used in the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME)in recent years.Compared with traditional laser,it can reduce the damage and achieve considerable therapeutic effect.It has been confirmed that micropulse laser selectively acts on the retinal pigment epithelial cells of DME patients under the threshold,thus playing a therapeutic role.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the effect of retinal glial cells on the pathogenesis of DME.In this paper,the mechanism of micropulse laser is discussed in detail,and its safety,parameter selection and application in DME are reviewed,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
