摘要 海上风电场所处环境恶劣、天气状况复杂多变,人员出海受到各类环境因素制约。风电场的运行管理、安全、通航、并网控制及海事监管等方面存在很多管理和技术难题。在现有人工监测方法和手段基础上,采用信息技术将船舶运用位置感知、海上风电范围气象监测、场区视频监控、多数据传输移动互联、监控平台智能分析等系统集成组网,以实现信息高度实时化。通过互联网技术实现实时互联,实现了对风电施工船舶、运维船舶实施动态监控和预警,并对施工、运维作业的综合管控。 Offshore wind farms are located in harsh environments where weather conditions are complex and changeable.Personnel going to sea is restricted by various environmental factors.There are many management and technical difficulties in the operation and management of wind farms,e.g.,operation management,safety,navigation,grid control and maritime supervision.On the basis of existing manual monitoring methods,the information technology is used to integrate and network the comprehensive system applications such as ship operation position perception,meteorological monitoring at the offshore wind farm,field video monitoring,multi-data transmission mobile interconnection,monitoring platform intelligent analysis,so as to achieve a high degree of real-time information.The real-time interconnection is realized through the Internet technologies,which realize the dynamic monitoring and early warning of wind power construction,operation and maintenance ships,as well as the comprehensive control of construction,operation and maintenance operations.
