可调节桩机系统在深层水泥搅拌船的应用

摘要 近年来,由于海底隧道建设的兴起,对海底软基的处理提出了新的要求。DCM(Deep Cement Mixing)施工船舶,即海上深层水泥搅拌船舶,在国际上使用比较普遍,在国内尚处于起步阶段。为了提高深层水泥搅拌船的适用性,对桩架进行优化设计,采用可整体调节方式进行优化设计,可以调节桩架的之间的间隔距离,桩架的高度,以适应不同海底软基处理施工参数。降低对船舶的改造成本,缩短进入施工现场前的准备工作时间,提高DCM施工船舶施工适应能力与施工效率。 In recent years,the rise of subsea tunnel construction results in new requirements for subsea soft base improvement.DCM(Deep Cement Mixing)ship,that is,offshore deep cement mixing ship,is widely used abroad,but still in its infancy in China.In order to improve the applicability of deep cement mixing ship,the design of pile frame is optimized by adopting an overall adjustment mode.The spacing and height of pile frames can be adjusted to accord with different subsea soft base improvement parameters,reduce the cost of transforming ships,shorten the time for the ships to enter construction site,improve the adaptability and efficiency of DCM ships in construction.
