摘要
在海洋地基处理工程技术领域,深层水泥搅拌(DCM)工法已成为港口建设、海上机场、垃圾堆场和人工岛屿等设施地基处理的主要工法之一。日前国内自主设计建造了首艘重型双处理机DCM船,研发了智能化施工管理系统。文章对其中的自动匹配控制技术的设计与实现进行了介绍,该技术可以根据施工要求实现在施工过程中搅拌次数、喷浆流量和升降速度等关键参数的智能化自动匹配。不仅可以保证施工质量,还可以提高施工效率。实际工程应用显示该方法非常有效,且十分稳定。
In the field of marine foundation treatment engineering technology,deep cement mixing(DCM)construction method has become one of the main methods for foundation treatment of facilities such as port construction,marine airports,garbage yard and artificial islands.Recently,the first heavy DCM boat with two processors has been independently designed and constructed by domestic units,and the intelligent construction management system was developed.In this paper,the design and implementation of the automatic matching control technology was introduced.According to the construction requirements,the technology can realize intelligent automatic matching of the key parameters such as mixing times,spray flow and lifting speed.It can guarantee the construction quality,and improve the construction efficiency.The current application in the actual engineering construction shows that the method is very effective and stable.
