摘要
以合浦珠母贝新品种“海优1号”、“海选1号”、“南科1号”和北海野生群体子一代为研究对象,对不同群体的壳长、壳高、壳宽、铰合部长和活体质量进行测量,通过通径分析和多元回归分析,探究各壳型性状对活体质量的影响。研究表明:各群体的表型性状中活体质量变异系数最大;各群体性状间相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);除北海野生群体子一代以外,另外3个新品种均表现为壳宽对活体质量的直接作用最大,壳宽是影响活体质量的主要因素;壳型性状对活体质量决定系数的分析结果与通径分析结果一致;决定系数表明影响不同群体合浦珠母贝活体质量的主要壳型性状并不相同,影响“海优1号”、“南科1号”和北海野生群体子一代活体质量的壳型性状已经找到(决定系数总和大于0.85);通过逐步回归的方法建立了不同群体合浦珠母贝壳长X_(1)、壳高X_(2)、壳宽X_(3)、铰合部长X_(4)与活体质量Y的最优多元回归方程:“海优1号”:Y=-14.54+0.2519 X_(1)+0.9178 X_(3),(X_(1)<0.01,X_(3)<0.01);“海选1号”:Y=-20.416+0.378 X_(2)+0.9664 X_(3),(X_(2)<0.01,X_(3)<0.01);“南科1号”:Y=-22.846+0.336 X_(2)+0.718 X_(3)+0.162 X_(4),(X_(2)<0.01,X_(3)<0.01,X_(4)<0.01);北海野生群体子一代:Y=-10.550+0.533 X_(1),(X_(1)<0.01)。
Shell length,shell height,shell width and wet weight of 3pearl oyster P.martensii breeds,Haiyou No.1”,“Haixuan No.1and Nanke No.1”and the first generation of wild population in Beihai,China were measured to calculate the correlation coefficients.In order to calculate the path coefficients,correlation index and determination coefficients,the shell morphological traits and wet weight were used as independent variables and dependent variable,respectively.The results showed that the correlation coefficient between the traits reached an extremely significant level(P<0.01)completely.Except for the first generation of wild population in Beihai,the shell width of the three P.martensii breeds was the main factor with the greatest direct effect on wet weight.The analysis results of the determining coeffi-cient of shell morphological traits to wet weight were consistent with those of path analysis.The deter-mination coefficient indicated that the main shell morphological traits affecting the wet weight of differ-ent populations were not the same.Shell morphological traits affecting the wet weight of“Haiyou No.1”and“Nanke No.1”had been found(the sum of the determination coefficients was greater than 0.85).Multiple regression equations were obtained to estimate shell length X_(1),shell height X_(2),shell width X_(3)and hinge length X_(4)against live body weight Y:For“Haiyou No.1”:Y=-14.54+0.2519 X_(1)+0.9178 X_(3),(X_(1)<0.01,X_(3)<0.01);for“Haixuan No.1”:Y=-20.416+0.378 X_(2)+0.9664 X_(3),(X_(2)<0.01,X_(3)<0.01);for“Nanke No.1”:Y=-22.846+0.336 X_(2)+0.718 X_(3)+0.162 X_(4),(X_(2)<0.01,X_(3)<0.01,X_(4)<0.01);for the first generation of wild population in Beihai:Y=-10.550+0.533 X_(1),(X_(1)<0.01).
