凸加夫蛤(Gafrarium tumidum)形态性状对体质量性状的相关性及通径分析 被引量:3

摘要 为探索凸加夫蛤(Gafrarium tumidum)形态性状与体质量间的相互关系,以期为凸加夫蛤优良性状的选育提供技术支撑,本研究以野生捕捞的凸加夫蛤为试验对象,通过测量获取其活体质量(Y_(1))、软体质量(Y_(2))和3个(X_(1)-X_(3))形态性状,围绕其形态性状对体质量性状的相互影响展开研究。结果显示凸加夫蛤的质量性状与各形态性状间均呈正相关,相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);通径分析发现壳高(X_(3))对活体质量直接作用最大(0.468),其次为壳长(X_(1)),而壳宽(X_(2))主要通过X_(1)和X_(3)间接影响活体质量;壳高(X_(3))对软体质量直接作用最大(0.337),其次为壳宽(X_(2)),而壳长(X_(1))主要通过X_(2)和X_(3)间接影响软体质量;决定系数分析显示,这3个性状对体质量的共同决定系数之和为0.957,进一步表明体质量主要受以上性状的影响;经多元回归分析,建立了凸加夫蛤形态性状对体质量的回归方程,并筛选出最优拟合曲线模型。在实际生产作业中,针对凸加夫蛤以体质量为目标亲本选育时,应以壳高(X_(3))作为主要性状参照,壳长(X_(1))和壳宽(X_(2))等为辅助性状参照。 The objectives of this study were to explore the correlation between morphological traits and body weight traits of Gafrarium tumidum and provide technical support for the selection and breeding of excellent characters of Gafrarium tumidum.The wild-caught Gafrarium tumidum were selected as experiment object and the research was carried out focused on the mutual influence of their morphological trait on body weight trait through the measurement of body weight(Y_(1)),soft tissue weight(Y_(2))and three morphological traits(X_(1)-X_(3)).The weight traits of Gafrarium tumidum were positively correlated with various morphological traits,and the correlation coefficients reached extremely significant level(P<0.01).The pathway analysis revealed that the shell height(X_(3))presented the largest direct effect on body weight(0.468),followed by the shell length(X_(1)),and the shell width(X_(2))indirectly affected body weight mainly through X_(1)and X_(3).Meanwhile,the shell height(X_(3))possessed the largest direct effect on soft tissue weight(0.337),followed by the shell width(X_(2)),and the shell length(X_(1))indirectly affected soft tissue weight mainly through X_(2)and X_(3).The analysis of determination coefficients showed that the total decision coefficient of these three morphological traits on body weight was 0.957,which further indicated that body weight was mainly affected by above morphological traits.After multiple regression analysis,the regression equation of morphological traits to body weight of Gafrarium tumidum was established,and the optimal curve simulation model was selected.In actual production operations,the shell height(X_(3))should be selected as the main morphological trait reference with the shell length(X_(1))and the shell width(X_(2))as auxiliary morphological traits when selecting Gafrarium tumidum with body weight as the target for parent breeding.
