摘要 为降低机组在启停和调峰工况时的厂用电率,某发电企业利用机组大修后闲置变频器对全厂循环水系统变频改造,并对凝汽器冷端运行优化。优化后的控制策略解决了该变频器与循环水系统运行方式不兼容问题,同时突破机组单元制循环水系统的限制,实现多机组循环水系统互联运行,并完成了冷端优化。试验结果表明:该优化策略可以保证系统的安全可靠运行,同时在机组启停和调峰运行时,在保证机组经济性的基础上大幅降低厂用电,其控制策略及精确运行方式对于同类型技术改造具有借鉴意义。 In order to reduce the auxiliary power consumption rate of the unit under startup,shutdown and peak shaving conditions,a power plant used the spare frequency converter to transform the circulating water system and optimize its operation modes of the cooling and of the condenser.The optimized control strategy not only make up for the incompatibility between the inherent frequency converter and the traditional circulating water pumps,but also effectively breaks through the limitation of the unit circulating water system and realizes the integrated optimization of the circulating water system of multiple units.The test results show that the optimized stratdgy not only guarantees safe and reliable operation of the units,but also greatly reduces the auxiliary power consumption on the basis of ensuring the economy under various combinations of units.The control strategy and precise operation mode have reference significance for the similar technical transformation.
