摘要
唐山市某污水处理厂在原有一级A设计之上进行提标改造。污水厂原有工艺为“倒置AAO+高效沉淀+砂滤+紫外消毒”,针对SS、COD、NH_(3)-N指标调整工艺,并进行升级改造,改造后工艺为“倒置AAO的MBBR改造工艺+高效沉淀池+砂滤+臭氧接触池”深度处理工艺。改造后,工艺从2020年7月1日开始试运行,SS去除率达到98.9%;在臭氧投加量为5 mg/L时,COD、NH_(3)-N的去除率分别达到94.7%、99.1%,TN出水质量浓度由原来的14.5 mg/L提高至12.1 mg/L,出水水质监测指标稳定达到准Ⅳ类排放标准。
Based on the first level A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutant of Municipal Wastewater Treatment(GB18918-2002),the wastewater treatment plant in Tangshan was required to be upgraded and reconstructed.The origin process was designed as"inverted AAO+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+sand filter+Ultraviolet disinfection".The modified process was"MBBR+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+sand filter+ozone contact tank"advanced treatment by adjusting the indexes of SS,COD and NH_(3)-N.The reformed process has run since July 2020.The removal rate of SS reached 98.9%when the ozone dosage was 5 mg/L.The COD and NH_(3)-N removal rates were 94.7%and 99.1%,respectively.TN concentration decreased from 14.5 mg/L to 12.1 mg/L and the effluent quality monitored was stable to meet the quasi-Ⅳstandard.
