煤炭地下气化和地面化工协同发展探索 被引量:3

Exploration of collaborative development between underground coal gasification and ground chemical industry

摘要 目前煤炭地下气化生产的粗煤气主要当作燃料气使用,没有合理有效利用其中富含的H_(2)、CO和CH_(4)等组分。为此提出了采用煤炭地下气化和地面化工流程组合的方式,对煤炭地下气化的粗煤气组分进行综合利用。简述了国内外重点煤炭地下气化项目的开发情况,对比了煤炭地下气化粗煤气组分、典型煤气化组分、焦炉煤气组分和天然气组分,分析了浅层、中深层、极深层煤的气化产品及CO_(2)的利用路径。 At present,the raw gas produced by underground coal gasification was mainly used as fuel gas,and its rich components such as hydrogen,carbon monoxide and methane were not used rationally and effectively.For this reason,the combination of underground coal gasification and ground chemical process was put forward to comprehensively utilize the raw gas components of underground coal gasification.The underground coal gasification projects at home and abroad were briefly described.The raw gas components of underground coal gasification,typical coal gasification components,coke oven gas components and natural gas components were compared.Meanwhile,the gasification products of shallow,medium-deep and very deep coal and CO_(2) utilization pathways were analyzed.The collaborative development between underground coal gasification and ground chemical industry could realize the development and utilization of unconventional resources,with low overall cost,less supporting investment and less environmental pollution.
