摘要
工业设备系统中用到的电源种类繁多,功能各不相同,但是日常使用维护及维修中可能需要进行定性及定量评价电源单元。针对不同类型电源的功率测量、监控和分析应用,提出了一种模块化设计的测量监测方法,通过扩展模块的快速切换,同时进行不同电源类型,通过串口通信进行数据采集,并根据内置的已知模型进行分析,对类似设备的监测和数据采集具有参考意义。模块化的设计在应用时可以根据技术需求进行嵌入和扩展。
There are many kinds of power supplies used in industrial equipment systems with different functions,but the power supply units may need to be evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively in daily maintain.For the power measurement,monitoring and analysis application of different types of power supply,this paper proposes a measurement method with modular design.Through rapid switching of expandable modules,different power supply types are simultaneously carried out.Data acquisition is carried out through serial communication,and analysis is carried out according to the built-in known model,which has reference significance for monitoring and data acquisition of similar equipment.Modular design can be Easy to expand and embed.
