摘要
电源是电子装备的重要组成部分,其性能的好坏直接影响整个系统的总体性能,因此电源综合化测试具有重要意义。针对电源自动化测试的要求,设计了一种电源综合测试系统,硬件上设计高集成度多功能模块,采用矩阵开关实现各模块的有序调配和被测电源的物理连接,通过PCIe总线实现与工控机的通信;软件上采用层次化设计方法,实现良好的人机交互,针对应用情况,开发相应功能模块,并有机地结合起来。实际测试结果表明,系统可完成多参数高效率自动测量功能,操作快捷可靠,测试精度高,具有较高的实用价值和应用前景。
Power supply is an important part of electronic equipment,its performance directly affects the overall performance of the whole system,so the comprehensive test of power supply is of great significance.According to the requirements of power supply automatic test,this paper designs a power supply comprehensive test system.In hardware,it designs high integration multi-functional modules,uses matrix switch to realize the orderly deployment of each module and the physical connection of the tested power supply,and realizes the communication with the industrial computer through the PCIe bus;in software,it adopts hierarchical design method to realize good human-computer interaction,Develop the corresponding functional modules and combine them organically.The actual test results show that the system can complete the multi parameter high efficiency automatic measurement function,operate fast and reliable,test high precision,has high practical value and application prospect.
