电感耦合等离子体质谱法和氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定尿中砷含量的对比试验 被引量:3

A comparative trail on arsenic content detection in urine by inductively coupled mass spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 目的以尿为样本,采用微波消解和湿法消解这2种不同的消化方法对尿样进行前处理,通过使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)和氢化物发生原子荧光光谱仪(AFS)这2种不同仪器的对比试验,来建立测定尿中砷含量的试验方法。方法电感耦合等离子体质谱法和原子荧光法都能测定尿中砷含量,从样品的消化前处理、标准曲线线性相关性、检出限、相对标准偏差和尿样的质控样品的测定进行比较。结果2种试验方法对尿中砷含量的检测数据都具有准确的代表性,均可满足检测标准的要求。结论电感耦合等离子体质谱仪灵敏度高,稳定性低,检测成本高,但可同时测定多种元素,减少了人力,缩短了工作时间,提高了工作效率。原子荧光光谱仪稳定性好,检测成本低,广泛地应用于单个元素砷的测定。这2种检测尿样中砷含量的技术指标和测试结果均可满足检测标准的要求,为尿样中砷含量测定的前处理和检测仪器的选择提供了相关的数据依据。 Objective Urine samples were preprocessed by two different digestion methods,microwave digestion and wet digestion.A test method for determination of arsenic in urine content was established by comparing two different instruments,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS)and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometer(AFS).Methods Both ICP-MS and AFS can be used to determine the arsenic content in urine.The digestion pretreatment of standard curve,detection limit,relative standard deviation and determination of quality control samples of urine were compared.Results The detection data of arsenic content in urine samples by the two methods were accurate and representative,which could meet the requirements of the detection standards.Conclusion ICP-MS has high sensitivity,low stability and high detection cost,but it can simultaneously determine multiple elements,reduce manpower,and shorten working time and improve work efficiency.AFS has good stability and low detection cost,and is widely applied to the determination of single elements such as arsenic and selenium.The technical indexes and test results of the two methods for detecting arsenic content in urine samples can meet the requirements of the detection standard,and provide relevant data basis for the pretreatment of arsenic content determination in urine samples and the selection of detection instruments.
