摘要
针对煤炭供应紧张、机组燃料多样化的现状,分析了掺烧非设计煤种对锅炉安全经济运行的影响,提出选用合适动力煤进行提质降灰的方法,降低入炉煤灰分,增加供热的可靠性,提升设备运行的安全性和机组运营的经济性。
In allusion to the current situation of tight coal supply and diversified fuels used in units,the influence of mixed combustion of non-design coal on the safe and economic operation of boilers is analyzed,and the approach,by selecting suitable power coal for quality improvement and ash reduction,is proposed to reduce the ash content in the boiler,increase the reliability of heating,and improve the safety of equipment operation and the economy of unit operation.
