摘要宪法学课程是法学专业核心课程、基础理论课程,是中国法学体系的重要组成部分,具有政治性、学术性、实践性特征。宪法学课程对于法科生的宪法意识培养、法学知识体系建构具有重要影响,同时也是确立宪法信仰、维护宪法权威的重要途径。《普通高等学校宪法学教学重点指南》作为首个法学类课程指南,明确了“如何讲宪法学、如何讲好宪法学”,是今后宪法学课程教学的基本遵循之一。宪法学课程教学改革应当紧紧围绕《宪法学教学重点指南》的指导思想、原则、要求组织实施,坚持以中国宪法学立场和理论阐释宪法现象,培育法科生的宪法意识,实现宪法学课程为法治国家、法治社会建设提供专门学理支持的功能。 Constitutional law course is the core course and basic theory course of law major.It is an important part of China′s legal system,with political,academic and practical characteristics.The course of constitutional law has an important influence on the cultivation of constitutional consciousness and the construction of legal knowledge system of law students,and it is also an important way to establish constitutional belief and safeguard constitutional authority.As the first law course guide,the Guide for Constitutional Law Teaching Key Points in Ordinary Institutions of Higher Learning clarifies"how to teach constitutional law and how to teach constitutional law well",which is one of the basic principles of constitutional law course teaching in the future.The teaching reform of constitutional law course should be organized and implemented closely around the guiding ideology,principles and requirements of the Guide for Constitutional Law Teaching Key Points,adhere to the interpretation of constitutional phenomena from the standpoint and theory of Chinese constitutional law,and cultivate the constitutional consciousness of law students,and realize the function of providing specialized theoretical support for the construction of the rule of law country and the rule of law society.
