摘要
目的:探究手术室康复护理干预对腹腔镜下结直肠癌切除术患者术后康复的影响。方法:抽取医院于2020年1月至2021年1月收治的100例腹腔镜下结直肠癌切除术患者展开研究,基于随机双盲法分组,对照组、观察组分别实施手术室常规护理、手术室康复护理,对比两组手术效果。结果:观察组的手术操作时间(178.67±34.56)min、术后排气时间(68.75±11.68)h、术后下床活动时间(60.12±8.79)h、术后肠鸣音恢复时间(33.14±6.79)h、术后住院时间(9.00±1.57)d短于对照组的手术操作时间(222.16±39.84)min、术后排气时间(79.85±13.01)h、术后下床活动时间(71.69±10.14)h、术后肠鸣音恢复时间(42.79±7.21)h、术后住院时间(11.48±1.89)d,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症(术中低体温、切口出血、高碳酸血症、脏器损伤)发生率6.00%小于对照组的22.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下结直肠癌切除术患者实施手术室康复护理,可有效缩短患者的手术操作时间和术后康复时间,可减少并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in operating room on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,100 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection in the hospital were selected for research.Based on the randomized double-blind method,the control group and observation group were divided into operation room routine nursing and operation room rehabilitation nursing respectively,and the surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time(178.67±34.56)min,postoperative exhaust time(68.75±11.68)h,postoperative ambulation time(60.12±8.79)h,postoperative bowel sounds recovery time(33.14±6.79)h and postoperative hospitalization time(9.00±1.57)d in the observation group were shorter than the operation time(222.16±39.84)min,postoperative exhaust time(79.85±13.01)h,post-operative ambulation time(71.69±10.14)h,the postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds(42.79±7.21)h,and the post-operative hospital stay(11.48±1.89)d in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications(intraoperative hypothermia,incision bleeding,hypercapnia,organ damage)in the observation group(6.00%)was lower than that in the control group(22.00%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing in the operating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer can effectively shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
